My approach to reiki is grounded in nervous system support, with the goal of allowing your body to relax into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" - because YOU are your own best healer, and being in this place of safety within the body allows you to get in touch with what you need most in order to heal. 

 Reiki is a simple, gentle energy technique that can be administered with or without touch, and can be used for stress reduction, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

 Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving, but does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.
