The emotion code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions – which are harmful emotional energies from past negative events. This can show up as an abandonment wound, insecure attachment styles, PTSD and other mental health disorders brought on by past traumas often experienced during childhood / formative years.

Your subconscious is aware of any trapped emotions that your body may be harboring, and it also knows exactly what effect these trapped emotions are having on your physical, emotional and mental well-being. All of this and more is tucked away in the subconscious mind.

This session begins with an Emotion code identification audit where we will triage and assess the energetic field to determine emotional blockages. We will then create a protocol to assess and clear each emotional blockage, creating an energetic subconscious cleanse, freeing all external energetic frequencies from the field and creating a clean slate. This exercise is done through hyponosis and a traumatic regression to reconnect to the source of the wound and release any current association and attachment to it.

After an emotion code session(s) clients will feel more at ease, with lessened sensitivity to triggers and an overall feeling of lightness and energetic protection. Relationship with self and others will improve, and overall quality of life is benefitted by a release of these subconscious limiting energetic blocks.

This session is performed in a 1 hour intensive block. A follow up 1 hour session can be booked if desired.
