Childcare Interview Overview Thank you for your interest in joining our family’s childcare team. Interviews will be conducted in person at PANERA BREAD (Pat Booker Rd., TX 78233) and will last approximately 30 minutes. (very close to our home/work location) Please come prepared to: Discuss your childcare experience and relevant credentials. Provide proof of certifications or credentials if requested. Share your current availability. Discuss any questions or requests you have regarding the position. Interview Expectations: Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 2 hours in advance via text to 4045781903. We are a Christ-centered household. If hired, we require modest attire during each shift, specifically, a dress or skirt. We kindly ask that this standard also be reflected during the interview.
