Soooo, I know many of you asked for the prerecorded version of the online astrology retreat, and I recorded part 1, but it feels… not right. Empty. Stale. Not what I want to put into the world. Because of that, I have another fun little idea. What if instead of meeting for a long weekend for the retreat, or watching prerecorded sessions that feel disconnected imho, we meet once a week and discuss the signs, planets, and houses together? I’m calling this one the Summer School Astrology Series. Once a week on Monday at lunch time, we will meet via Zoom to discuss a house of the astrological chart as well as the corresponding sign and associated planet. There will also be a few sessions highlighting asteroids, such as Chiron and Haumea, to add even more depth and understanding. Much like the weekend retreat, this is not going to be an astrology 101 course so to speak, but more of an inner exploration and learning opportunity to better understand ourselves through the lens of our own charts. There will be information pertaining to the houses, planets, and signs, as well as activities to help you lock in what you’ve learned and process your own thoughts about your learnings, such as breathwork, crafts, meditations, inner work, homework, and anything else that feels helpful. This will be a long course, 13 weeks to be exact, making it easier to integrate the learning each week and reflect upon what these new innerstandings mean for you. Each session will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you’ll have the replay to review later. You’ll also receive an image of your chart for you to reference during the sessions if you don’t already have it. There will also be a PDF of all the info you’ll need to do your work during this course. I am so excited to dive in with a whole new cohort of learners! Before I ever knew tarot existed, I had this deck of Lenormand cards, the first deck I was ever given. The simple symbols on the cards hold so much meaning to me, and a 9 card spread will always be my favorite way to pull these. Their messages usually lean towards more practical, earthbound answers I’ve found, and can be used to predict possible outcomes. I’m bringing these back as I’ve missed them and want to work with them again more often. This reading can be completed either via live video, prerecorded video, or written reading via PDF.
