I am so glad you are here.

I believe you are powerful beyond measure.

I also believe that most people are not struggling because something is wrong with them. They are struggling because they are living from unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints that were created long ago.

Our bodies (soma, as in the somatic part of this) and our habits and life reflect our unconscious/subconscious programs.

You may know exactly what to do, yet still find yourself stuck in the same thoughts, feelings, relationships, and behaviors.

You may have done years of therapy, coaching, personal development, and healing work, yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, or afraid that the other shoe is going to drop.

You may be moving through a grief portal such as a breakup, divorce, loss, or major life transition and need support finding solid ground again.

Or you may want to manifest your best life using the law of attraction only to realize that it is not really working unless you can fully believe, feel and embody the frequency of your higher self and fully let go of 'wanting' and waiting.

The subconscious mind holds our painful experiences, stressful memories, limiting beliefs, and protective patterns. And those become 'blocks'.

But the unconscious also holds our gifts.

Our creativity.
Our intuition.
Our purpose.
Our capacity for Love, Joy, Peace, Pleasure, Connection, and Self-Trust.

We are born whole and worthy as we are.

As we move through life, especially during our early years, we become conditioned by our experiences. These unconscious programs shape how we think, feel, relate, and respond to the world.

And when we are not fully present, these autopilot patterns often take over.

That is why you can know better and still find yourself repeating the same cycles.

The problem isn't that you don't know better.

The problem is that insight alone doesn't change autopilot.

I have been coaching for 25+ years. I am a former Physio Therapist, holistic life coach, somatic movement coach, Human Design / Gene Key nerd,  PSYCH-K facilitator, and clinical Hypnotherapist. And, I experienced Trauma and many painful portals and habits myself, which lead me to my purpose and living fully alive. 

I offer Intensive Sessions as well as 3, 6, and 12-month containers.
